Begin having sex. I found it helps immensely!

PS: Why don't you wait til you get married, so you don't have to have your kid be the ring bearer?

Ok there are things you can do to make sure you have the best chances.
Take your folic acid, and possibly a multi vitamin.
Try and eat healthily....you want your body tip top.
Lose weight if you are heavy..(I didnt do this but did get pregnant!)
Give up smoking, and drink too...
Your BF or husband too ought to do all the above except the folic acid to produce health sperm.
Get him to wear boxers, no tight trousers, or pants.
Have sex around ovulation time, from 2 days before...girl sperms live longer and will wait for the egg in your body! boys sperm are faster and do not survive as long!
Have sex, as someone said stay put afterwards as long as possible. If you get up it will all slip out.
Outting your bum on a pillow and feet in the air can also help
A good orgasm can help "suck up" the sperms, so use toys whatever you must to get there! Sorry too much information!

I think thats about all! by healthy food make sure pleanty fruit and veg, green veg too, milk products etc....

Take care of youraelf and Good luck!!!

My husband and I tried for six months to get pregnant with baby # 3. It wasn't until we got a ovulation kit that I got pregnant. You are suppose to test everyday but one day I tested twice. Once that morning and again in that evening and that is when I got a positive result. With it I found out that I ovulated 3 days sooner then I thought. I used the Clear Blue Easy ovulation kit and the First Response pregnancy test and got a faint positive result at 3 weeks pregnant. Also try having sex every other day instead of everyday. Your fiance's sperm count will decrease with each ejaculation. Having sex every other day helps the sperm regenerate in between. Good luck to you.

First, you will want to chart your ovulation. To do this, you can ask your doctor for a fertility chart, or search for one on the internet.

You will take your basal body temperature every morning, before you even get out of bed. You'll write this down, or chart it. You will also write down the days you have sex.

The day or two a month your temperature is higher, you're likely ovulating. It usually occurs somewhere around the 14 day after your period, that is if you have a regular period every month. Have sex the days you're ovulating, and that should ensure you'll be heading toward baby carriages at Sear's. Good luck!

It truthfully takes 7 days from the egg has been fertilised and travels to the womb to implant it there so she can not have any being pregnant signs as she isn't pregnant till no less than friday and the indicators quite often begin at round 6 weeks and it's not a well signal for her belly to harm if she is pregnant?

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

It is possible to get pregnant right away. For most people it takes at least a few months no matter what. But it is recommended to have at least one regular period off the pill before trying to get pregnant.

Go talk to your OB/GYN. They can help you in your quest to conceive.OR...

Don't try. Me and my husband tried for 2 yrs without success. We gave up because it was stressing us both out and about 2 months later I got pregnant. I wouldn't recomend this method though.
