You don't really need to sew it, just create duct tape "fabric" by slightly overlapping long strips, possibly on a real fabric base so that plastic isn't right next to your skin. If you don't use a fabric base, use 2 face out layers stuck together. "Sew" seams by sealing with tape on both sides. For tricky areas like armholes this will still work but you can also use staples, just cover them with tape too. If you try to sew the tape, the adhesive will completely gum up your needle and machine and you will cry with frustration, just like I did.

The duct tape adhesive will make a big mess of your sewing machine. That will transfer to any other clothing that you sew unless you clean it thoroughly.
Use duct tape more like iron-on seam binding. No sewing.

Is Drees a new type of Dress?

You don't need a duct tape drees or dress... imagine how ugly and dull you'll look... plus it'd do nothing for your shape.

You should buy real materials and make pretty dresses, not drab duct tape ones.

put the tape on some kind of cloth then sew it so the adhesive doesnt make a mess!
