It's not just you === a lot of people accept a job only find out that the Boss is a b*st*ard and all their workmates are back-stabbing morons ...

Quitting soon after you join never looks good on your CV (everyone will assume you have been sacked, no matter what you tell them) == so you more or less have to stick it out for a year or so ...

If you work for a big Company, there should be plenty of internal jobs going == go speak to HR Dept. (they will already know about your Boss).
