Where can I find the full text of Loreto Paras Sulit's "Laarni A Dream"?

Question

I have a family member that was named after the story. I'm putting together a "This is your life..." book. I'd love to add the story to tie in her name together.

I have certainly given it my best shot, but alas, it doesn't seem to be out there in cyber space anywhere. It's amazing who we think we can find anything on the world wide web, and then we can't. It's very frustrating
