I'm have been in a monogomous relationship for well over a year. I have had troubles with this before, but they never were this serious or common. I have no problem achieving an erection, but I will usually lose it during sex. This especially happens in the "girl on top" position. I'm extremely attracted to my girlfriend and want to please her. Please any serious help from someone who has had this problem before. Thanks.

D-man Have you had your prostate checked? Make an appointment with a urologist and have him make sure all the plumbing is in good working order. Once you are able to rule out the medical end of things you would then be able to assume it is a mental thing. I will give you an example, assume for a moment that you have been raised by religious parents. You have repeatedly been told that pre-marital sex is wrong. That sex is for marriage. It is quite possible there is a conflict on the sub-conscious level and that this could cause a physical manifestation as you are talking about. You then might need either to speak with a minister or a psychologist. The only other possibility I can think of that would cause this type of problem would be substance abuse- alcohol or drugs--if that was the case I would think you would know that!! Or the worst case would be that you are not heterosexual and are trying to make yourself think that you are. I know the last is not anything like you expected someone to say - but I am trying to look at all the possibilities. Good Luck to you.

You should discuss this with your doctor. You may be low on testosterone, or you might be developing diabetes, or there might be some other condition that needs attention. I started losing my ability to maintain an erection at about your age. It turns out that it just runs in my family. If nothing else is wrong, you could benefit from Viagra or some similar drug.

Why doesn't your Penis get hard anymore? I know how you feel. Could be a lot of reasons why you're incapable of getting an erection. This will help you get your feeling/erections back. https://bitly.im/aMAl6 Works like a charm. Good luck.

Are you on any antidepressant meds like Prozac or Paxil? This can cause it. If not here is a very easy test to see if it is in your mind or a physiological problem. Do you wake up with morning wood? If yes, likely nothing wrong physiologically. Are you able to get a good hard on by yourself while looking at porn or simply jerking off? If yes, likely nothing wrong physically. If nothing wrong physically, then it is more of a psychological thing going on.

This is a common problem for men of any age. Make an appointment with a urologist.

At your age there is probably no organic reason for this though you might see a Urologist. I suspect you have some sort of psychological issues bothering you...some you might not even be aware of. Stress? Worry?

Consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. It may be some kind of medical condition. People on this site are NOT qualified. Good luck!!
