1) Pick a topic (you can not tell everything you know) Make it interesting for you and the class so it will 'entertain'. This makes you perform better.

2) Try to find 'new' stuff about this topic. Surprise yourself and the class...even mention it "When researching this I found out that...." This always impresses the teacher and will lift your grade...theoretically.

3) An outline is about what YOU know... we can not make it specific to your knowledge because..well YOU know that stuff not us :)

4) Plot out a route you want to take. fi:When talking natural conditioner, start about why it is called 'natural'. Mention ingredients and how it is made (if you can find out) Move on to how it actually works (chemically speaking) then move on to how to actually use it and why it is so good for your hair.

5) practice and time your speech at least a few times. Out loud. Find someone to try in on.

If you do not fill the required time a demonstration will help. Not necessarily a shampooing and conditioning but an smell and feel test of differences between natural and 'un-natural' conditioners could be the ticket.

Good luck.

u need to pick a specific thing u want to show/talk about. ie" if u pick "how to straighten hair" u want to say...... start off by gathering all ur necessities, turn the water on...fix the temp...wet the hair....take the shampoo (u get the point) once dried with a comb take a small section of the hair and spray with a heat pertectant ....take ceramics and place on hair starting from the root pulling till u get to the end of the hair.......... u feel me. make sure u mention everything u have to do and each different senario.

Like witchyma said, your all set.
Now organize what you know, like this.
There are 4 steps in typing on a computer these are:
1) Turning on the Computer
2) Sitting down
3) Selecting a letter from the keyboard.
4) Pressing down on the letter I chose with my finger.
Kind of lame, I know but you get the idea.
For better examples search the web, or your text book.
