I always help anybody in need, there is just no excuse not to help your fellow man in need.

I think I would rather be asked first. You can get into trouble for helping without asking you see. For example, you see an old man having difficulty crossing the road and you go and help him. What if something happens to him when you go and try to hold his hand? Everyone will start to suspect you had done something to him.

Have received way too much flak in the past from offering help without being asked, and in some cases after lending assistance even after being asked...based on that, it's not uncommon for me to not help even if asked, it all depends.

I've always been willing to help people. I like to make people happy and helping them without being asked is a good way to do that.

I normally do help out without waiting to be asked. Sometimes though it is better to wait until asked.

I was raised to help people when I see they need it and I can make a difference. I only ask they pay it forward.
