Do you believe in horoscopes?

Question

And why?


I do.
But I don't know why.
Just because when I read my personality traits it kinda did describe me.
Somethings were a bit off though.
And I put in trust my daily horoscope and it works for me.

I read my horoscope every morning as kind of an experiment. Sometimes it reflects what is actually going on in my life on that day, like problems at work. I don't really put too much emphasis on it but I like to look back later and see if it was right. Sometimes I don't even have a clue what it means for that day but it is fun knowing what it thinks will happen to me. I am a Capricorn by the way.

You sound pretty mature and smart and you put your thoughts into words quite well for 13 and if you're as smart as you seem you'll just stay friends only with this boy, not concern yourself with other girls ever bc you're.. again, smarter and more mature and bigger than all that .. and won't do the drug scene and stay clean and you'll be glad you did bc ..you ARE smart and you seem to be well grounded and have some self respect and the boy has jerked you around enough already and i personally don't think you deserve that or want that from a friend, bf or relationship. I think you may want to have sex and maybe intercourse, but maybe wait if you dare. you'll be sooo glad you did; hopefully you have...? Rem, sex is everything but intercourse and intercourse is just that, nothing more... and in doing it, you give up you'r "P"ower in almost every way down to your soul and I thnk you just might understand what I'm saying.
You're doing great so far..amazing. i would be glad to call you my friend even at my age...

I don't believe the daily horoscopes as they have to be far too general. The personality traits ascribed to each do seem to be fairly accurate though and this is what keeps my interest. I've found this to be true not only for myself, but those close to me. I don't put much faith in astrology, but do take an interest mainly out of curiosity and for its entertainment value. The Chinese Horoscope is intriguing too!

I only believe in it when I need a good news to brighten up my bad day. If it goes "you will have a bad day today and the sun will not shine upon you" I dismiss it as hearsay. But if it goes "you are on fire today" then I proclaim my utmost belief to the system. Haha. It works for some, but not me. I just don't like the idea of fate being written in the stars cos that would mean that you can't change it.

together with the twelve houses at the exact time and place of birth can help know your strengths and imperfections.
Character traits become more obvious. This component
of astrology for me justifies our interest. Predicting the future
is different. I don't want to say it is impossible; I've not looked
at this part closely enough.

I cannot believe in a horoscope because it is futuristic, yet to prove itself. A properley constructed birth chart for your date and time of birth may not even be correct once you read it. The only person who will know if an interpretation of a birth chart is correct is the person it is written for, from their time and date of birth.The reason for this is because the birth time and even date might be wrong. I KNOW!!!

Life is for living, if the horoscope is good then that's ok. Enjoy the fun.

I did not until recently, I have been getting a daily horoscope delivered to my inbox (can not remember asking for it) and it has been quite acurate and I am the most anti-new age stuff going, but it told me about my new girlfriend a new job at work and how my family are, it can be scary but interesting.

I believe they are very accurate as far as personality traits go. I don't know that i believe the daily predictions, that seems a little far fetched to me. But I'm a Cancer and I completely fit the description. My husband was a Pisces and so did he, he also was my soulmate (god rest his soul), just as Astrology dictates.
