YES CERTAINLY. LIKE THE TEST CRICKET THE BOWLER TAKES FIRST WICKET IN THE LAST BALL OF HIS INNINGS.IN THE NEXT INNINGS HE TAKES TWO WICKETS IN FIRST TWO CONSECUTIVE BALLS, THEN IT IS A HATRICK, LIKE THE SAME WAY IN THE ODI TOO.

No. If 3 wickets are taken in consecutive match in the same match only it will be a hat trick

Yes, that is also a hat-trick. Till no one has done that but Walsh, Hughes and Lawson hat-tricks involved two innings.
CA Walsh WI v Aus Brisbane 1988-89
AIC Dodemaide, MRJ Veletta, GM Wood
MG Hughes Aus v WI Perth 1988-89
CEL Ambrose, BP Patterson, CG Greenidge
JJC Lawson WI v Aus Bridgetown 2002-03
B Lee, SCG MacGill, JL Langer

i remember craig mcdermot got the last two wickets in the first best of three final, the commentators got all excited saying hes on a hat trick next game, i was all excited (only being young at the time and never actually seen a hat trick) i could barely sleep. next game there was absolutly no mention of the word hat trick. i was dissapointed to say the least

interesting question, but i think that the hat trick is regarded if the bowler takes three wickets in a row in the same match
