My husband would love to squash my ex into the tread of his shoes!

(This answer is based on the assumption that I actually WANT to shrink my ex down to a bug, and then have someone crush him, which is not to say that I would actually want to do so.)
If I had to get someone else to crush him, I would probably let either my sister, or one of my best friends to do it. However, my sister has Entomophobia, so she would refuse to do it. So then, it would be up to my two best friends to do the honor. I would probably just let whoever wants to jump to it do it. If nobody jumps to it, then I'll just have the two of them choose a number, and whoever is closest gets to do it.
If nobody wants to do it, I'll probably just turn him back into a person, and let karma (or whatever you want to call it) take it's course.

Why shrink him down to a bug? I' d keep him just the way his is and annoy him for the rest of his life! He only wishes he could get squashed!

I'm sure my husband would be more than willing... Personally though, I don't really have any hatred to any of my ex's sooooo wouldn't even think of that!
