No, it is not harmful. Male pubic hair has a naturally tight curl to it, so if you shave close when the hair starts growing back some of the hairs will curve around and poke back into the skin. This can be itchy or painful, but it isn't damaging in any significant way.

It can actually be harmful. You see, hair allows for good air circulation in the area, and the air evaporates your sweat. If you don't have enough hair, fungus and bacteria grow there really rapidly. Usually it just means that you stink there, which is only harmful socially. But there are some serious bacterial infections that are known to invade hairless genitals, and it can take years to get rid of them.
If you only trim a little, that's harmless, but if you trim too close, you're asking for trouble.

Not harmful..in fact its good hygene practice...keeps the area clean basically. But never ever shave that area, it will be very painfull, the pubic hair will grow back double and might even grow inside and cause anoying complications.
But cutting or trimming with a scissor is safe...especially in the summer time when its hot.

NO!!!!!!!!!! It is not harmful to cut the hair near or on the penis. However, be careful so you do not accidentally cut things other than the hair. Good luck.

No, there is no Harm at all. In Fact, it is better to cut the hair around it at least every month. this way you make sure it stays clean . This has been proved by experts and doctors.
