Yes.
Our under 19 team has won world cup twice. Why they are being neglected?
Honestly, send entire new young team, they will win.
Suppose they loose than also we will get a consolation of getting new young talents.
Do you think 34 or37 is the age of playing cricket?
How long these old and not performing players will occupy a place of deserving young players?
These old and non performing players are no more assets for India, they have become liabilities and hence they need to be dropped. It is now or never.

No, all the senior players should not be dropped.

We need experience in this competitive game.
Everybody is talking about the Australian side; it is the side which as more senior players than any other country. The average age of Australian team is 33 years.

So, we must drop those players who are not playing well. Send sachin back home; ask him to play some matches (local) if he performs let him come back or else ask him to quit. We are following one rule for sachin and another fro ganguly.

As far as captaincy is concerned, I accept - may be we can give a chance to Yuvraj singh to captain the team.

I do not think that drastic changes in the Indian Team will do anything good for the Team. Changes should be gradual after assessing the talent of youngsters available for selection. Similarly, I do not agree making Yuvaraj Singh as Captain all of a sudden. He should be groomed to take over the Captaincy by appointing him as Vice Captain initially.

Yes, Yuvraj should be new captain....

All fresh under 19 talent should be brought and groomed for four years so they get good experience against all International team and then send them in next world cup.

The first 4 cricketers in present team should be removed....Sehwag, Sachin, Dravid and Saurav.....

I think when Sachin made debut in ODI cricket ..then some of the present bangladeshi cricketers were just born in their home country....and after 17 years....they beat sachin without any experience.....

Strange....but true....

So when our cricketers can be bowled by "anybody" in world then they should not rightfully hold a position in the team....

Senior Cricketers.....do not be greedy for money......u already have earned a lot.....

You all should have learnt to be greedy like Ponting for scoring runs....

Dear friend
if anypart of our body damage, or injured in any time then can we cutoff that,
I think now u uinderstand what i want to say u, dear in the loosing of game not depend only seniours or juniors, I am also deamnding as previously demanded ajit agarker keep out of team, becaz it is the player which is come to there end of game but don`t know why put any one ball in leg stump or short. if u don`t know it then wht is the right to play for the country, secondly i m also demanding givin chance to any player maximum 4-5 matches not more then it,
U know why we loose cwc, becaz we have no players which comes in the sequence of allrounder in the team. also i can`t able to understand why Dinesh mongia kept out side of team. was he played bad, is he not a good fielder, is he not a good batsman, or is he don`t know how bowl in middle over`s. ( now ok he was not thr thn)
If in the 11`s squed we had shrishanth comes in the place of agarkar thn record told us something differ, if irfan played in the place of uththapa, thn he surely played better thn him.
Really it is not forgiving to seniours, some body asked mr. sachin Tendulker why u allways givin "0" to us when the match is in crusitial stage, asked mr rahul wht is the need of plying in second seasion against srilanka, when u r team made a world record in previous match, whn u played first, or u know the ground was same where u had no ans. to murli or vass.

Yes all players over 30 yrs and non performers should be removed.
India needs young, energetic and motivated players: players with killer instinct.
All players in the team should fill a contract to not to appear in advertisements and concentrate and devote fully towards cricket.

Everybody forgets that India is neither Aussie nor S.A.Dravid,Sourav alongwith Zaheer can be retained. Yuvi shoud be promoted as deputy.Manoj Tiwari, Suresh Raina, S.Badrinath are fair replacement.Don't dump Harbhajan, take Ramesh Power with him. Surasish Lahiri & Piyus Chawla compete with each other for legspin berth.

Sachin - must retire because he is inconsistent and has lost his hunger for the game.
Shewag - should be dropped inspite of his century.
Ganguly - droped because he was too slow and did not play well as expected of him.
Dravid, Chapell should be retained.
Replacements:- Karthik should be a regular b'man. Ranadeb Bose, Manoj Tiwari should be given a chance.

no india should not replace its players until they come to age. this is because the more use to a player is the more confidence it builds upt he more confidence te more games are won.
and the more use to palying a player is the more the know what their weaknesses are and build up those weaknesses while a younger player needs other peoples advice to help themselves since they are not experienced.
