It usually takes about 3 days to see a clear shitft after ovulation but by the looks of your chart I would guess you ovulated on CD 18. Keep temping and probably in 1-2 more days you should be able to tell if you did indeed ovulate. Also, I don't know a lot about MMC but on FF they put a coverline on your chart when a thermal shift and ovulation is detected so it is easy to read.

I would be having trouble too to be honest! I would guess at days 8-10 as there is sometimes a rise then dip after ovulation but it isn't very clear.
Are you taking your temperature first thing in the morning before you do anything?
You need to make sure you don't get out of bed, stay still and don't drink anything before you take your temperature. Keep the thermometer next to your bed so you don't even have to get out of bed.
Perhaps you could try using ovulation kits too to double check?
There may be other people who can offer you more guidance on this than me but I am guessing that it is the method of taking your temperature that is giving you the spikes.
