apparently. Sanjaya is still on there because of Simon's stupid comment of he'd quit AI if Sanjaya won. So now everyone's voting for Sanjaya so that Simon will quit. Stupid huh

I actually find Sanjaya very entertaining and I am a str8 27 year old male. I know that he is not as good as Chris Sly, but he is entertaining. The fact of this show is that the winner is what matters, Chris S. had no chance of winning the show...so why is everyone getting upset about this? Sanjaya is very entertaining, I was laughing so hard when he came out with that fro-hawk.
As for all you people out there supporting votefortheworst.com. This whole principle is flawed and only helping American Idol and Fox. The Sanjaya drama is actually going to help ratings. People are now tuning in just to see if Sanjaya will last another week. Even if these anti-AI people are helping Sanjaya, they are going to increase the popularity of the show! Sanjaya will not win...even if he gets down to the final 2 or 3, the majority of AI watchers votes will keep the show valid, but eliminating Sanjaya.

Every season there is a "Train-wreck" singer. People keep him on because it is funny. I even heard that Howard Stern was telling his listeners to keep him on. I feel bad for him. He has no idea how bad he is.
Idol is getting boring because it really should be about the best singer and it wasn't with Taylor Hicks, and now who knows what will happen with Sanjaya.

I feel too many kids have access to cell phones. I feel all the people in Miami are to blame becuse he mentioned he learned to hulla there. Miami felt this was a free advertisement for them so he gets their votes. I also feel voteworse.com has played a major part in this as you hear online, thru tv and on the radio. This is a singing competition and it has turned into a joke again. I just gave this show another chance and they lost me. Many of my family members swore the show off last night. So, when they start losing viewers the show will suffer. No network wants a show with low ratings. So, I hope they pull their act together soon. I don't know who got voted off last night and don't care anymore.

Such a good question! Not only does he lack talent, he looks almost like a cartoon version of a real person. People have even said he looks like a character from the Disney movie Lilo and Stitch. What was that pony-hawk all about. I don't even watch the show regularly and he gets on my nerves.

Because he is positioning to be the next International teenie bopper sensation ( and we all know that requires no real talent) and is incredibly good for ratings. Don't worry.. He won't win.
