i have deleted my dvd playing device on my computer does anyone know where i can download a new free one please help

what, you mean a driver? you will have to download it yourself, because only you know the company which made the DVD player, unless you tell us, otherwise you can find drivers on the company's website and yes they are free
Or do you mean a thing like windows player of quicktime?
