Moles are looking for underground food such as grubs. The best way to get rid of moles is to spray the yard with stuff that kills off their food supply. Another thing to do is put moth balls into their tunnels. This won't kill them, but they avoid the area like the plague!

Moles are invading due to the fact that you have grubs, you should be able to find a grub controlling product at your local hardware store, home improvement center, or garden center.
