With 5 children to look after I never stop, at night when I get them to sleep for about 7 o clock it takes me a couple of hours to get straightened up and get there stuff ready for the next day I'm lucky if I ve got half an hour to have a bath, how do I learn to relax for a bit and pamper myself? any ideas?

You will get a lot many solutions to your problem. Just get hold of the book "How to enjoy your life and your job" by Dale Carnegie. He is a popular author and the book is very good and easy to understand.

This will sound too simple but it is not. Picture yourself the way you would want it working within your situation. Then BE the kind of person YOU would admire IN that situation. Counsel YOURSELF in lieu of professional help for which you don't have time.

Your question was How do I make myself feel good about myself? And my answer is Be the Kind of Person You Would Admire. You have to split your thinking up and be your own best friend now. Wish I could say more but that's all there is.

wow you sound busy! You are human too, you must allow time for YOU. I call it ''me time''. Time for yourself.

Make an appointment to have a funky hairstyle done at the salon one day. Create a new look.

Or buy some new clothes that make you feel confident.
I hope this helps. To do any of this, you need time alone or with friends.

With all respect, missus..., you are a tough woman ...Must say I respect you for all you mentioned...You are a happy person;
your life has a sense, just look at all those little creatures depending on you...Imagine you're alone, don't have anyone to look for; you'd be just like me...I have all the time under sun, when I finish my job at 3pm, I'm free to do whatever I want, I'm
not happy, you know ...I guess we don't really choose our life,
it's the life that chooses us !

The best way to soothe your body and soul is to meditate everyday morning for atleast 30 minutes.

Try this and see how refreshed you feel all day

take a bubble bath to begin with...bring along a glass of wine and a good book
