I have never heard of Warrington in England. Are you writing from there?

I'm an American and despite reading a lot about Britain lately including the main papers there and knowing about many towns and most shires I'm afraid I've never heard of it.
I just now googled it in so I know it's in Cheshire and yes, I would know off hand by this that it's up there in the northwest by Liverpool and Manchester but nothing more I'm afraid. I know now though!
