Fury,

Four wrong answers when I began answering this question.
President Bush hopefully will be with us until he is well past his 100th birthday.

If your question means when will his term end, late January 2009. I believe it is the 20th of January 2009 as the election is in November of 2008.

Never. The things he has done, generations to come will still be paying for in many ways. He has made us the most hated nation on earth. The massive debt from his war, the number of people killed and maimed from it. Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it. We learned nothing in Viet Nam apparently. It will take many years for this country to recover from Dubya, if we ever do. The things he has done tho, .....they have repercussions that will last a long time.

I wish that we could keep him for another eight years. It is about time that we have someone that is actually on America's side. Unlike the Clinton's that entertained the biggest Terrorist in the world at the White House on a regular Basis. I am amazed that so many people believe the media and have forgotten that we were attacked and lost over three thousand innocent people, and it cost our economy billions of dollars ! Wake up, you can't trust the Media. They only print lies. You must be either very young, very stupid or a terrorist yourself. If you don't like the United States and don't defend it I would advise you get out! Leave this great Nation to people that appreciate it.

when he comes to the conclusion that he is a bad president and he realizes how he has taken advantage of the people of this country . (yeah right like that will ever happen ). I would not be surprised if he tries to remain in office even after his term is up - this man is a threat to democracy not a defender of it .

What if he opened the way for inept abusive presidents?

Such as even once he goes his distruous governing isn't reversible. (Especially the theft of rights and liberties with the Patriot Act)
