not from current technology. first, really old dna is usually pretty broken-down and we can only get out small pieces at a time. rebuilding the entire genome of a dinosaur with the technology we have now would probably take at least a few thousand years. second, even if we had the dna we wouldn't know how to get it into an egg and have it develop into a dinosaur.

On current technology, they would need to be able to extract every strand of DNA making up the nucleus of a cell of the dinosaur - so far they have never come close to being able to retrieve this much DNA.
Even if they did, there's the problem of how to get an egg of some living organism to continue to grow once its nucleus has been replaced with the dinosaur one.

No, with current technology they can't ...I don't believe, that could ever be possible...creating living creatures out of some kind of DNA record, in my opinion it will remain science fiction !

we can produce an effigy of the dinosaur maybe with skin and bones and blood but we can't put life into it and i think it's better left that way.

No dinosaur fossils are not bone. They are stone. They do not have DNA.
