land rights are always a big problem worldwide...and redistribution is always a point of contention, especially for the poor.

It might have been had the land gone to the people that knew how to farm it, but it's all gone to Robert Mugabe's cronies. As a result, a nation that was once the Breadbasket of Africa can't feed itself.
