the girl I have been seeing for a while is getting married well her boyfriend just proposed to her and she said yes, the only said part is she told me she said yes after we got through having sex. I know i'm wrong for sleeping with a girl that is taken but I should tell him shes cheating right, now since he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

Let it go. Be a man about it and not a turd. The fact of the matter is she chose someone else. I realize it hurts but it's over and by not saying anything to this guy, you're taking the high road and you can feel better about yourself in the long run. Besides, this guy she's marrying, he might be a hell of a nice guy. Why crush his world because you're mad this girl chose him?
Bottom line, let it go and move on. Chin up! I know it's hard but you can do it.

Tell him,but anonymously..its not really any of your business what he and she does..but if you do care,try to let him know. I tried to tell a guy i slept with..well i found out later he had a long term gf..i told her what we down,and hes a cheater..she got pissed at me..and is still with the guy..I guess some lovers just dont want to let their lovers go no matter what..or in denial..they either know,or will find out..

If I were you, I would stay out of it. Is he a friend of yours? If not, then you should break it off with her and maybe tell her building a marriage on cheating is not healthy. Let her make her own decisions.
