I've some reasons why, but I don't know what to believe.

Tom just got to the point where he just didn't want to do it anymore. His family and personal life were suffering so they took an indefinate hiatus. But then he started Angels and Airwaves- he says he had a vision of leading the "greatest rock band ever" and Mark and Travis started +44. I miss Blink-182 but both the new bands are very good as well.

they just wanted to do new projects, im glad it didnt happen 5years ago, i dont think i wouldv coped, im a bit over em now, but i will always love them, angels and airwaves and +44 are both great luckily, so we got more now

i heard they got in fights, my sister actually went to the last show the did as a group, it was in San Diego
