i did my eyebrow a few years ago, and im a very respectful person and felt a little embarrassed having it on when i took my kids to school, so i kept puttin it in and out, it kept getting infected and if u wait more than a few hrs it starts to close, i guess eyes arnt meant to b peirced, i had mine for a year and when i took it out for a day it closed forever, i wont b doin that again, i got my traggis peirced now, the flap near the ear hole, im happier with that

if u do get your eyebrow done u gotta leave it in for months before u start putting it in and out, if u can u can put a clear barbel in it, its not so noticable, and mayb your job will find that acceptable

Yes, it will leave a hole, but someone will have to really get in close to see it. However, it is not recommended to remove an eyebrow piercing and replace it often. Doing so will introduce bacteria into the hole which could cause an infection. An infection could be particularly dangerous that close to the eye.

If i could show you pics i would, i have 2 facial piercing, one of which is an eyebrow, and i do manage a video game store where i can't have any piercing. when you initally get it pierced no you can't take it out right away it has to heal. but once its healed yeah you can take it out during the day totally or put a clear retainer in.

as for a hole everyone heals differently so that depends on making sure you get it pierced clean and nice by a good person.

id say dont be afraid, just be careful in who pierces you and keep it clean so it heals nice.

if u have it done & then need to take it in & out frequently because of your work, there will be a greater risk of infection...& yes, there will still be a visible hole, probably not a large one, but i imagine there will be at least a slight indication that you`ve had a piercing there...honestly, it`s kinda sad that so many jobs restrict their employees appearance in such a way...as long as the employee keeps a neat & tidy look about them, why can`t body piercings be a part of that??? it`s really amazing, but if u travel outside the u.s. u can go in many places & see people in various professions with visible piercings & tattoos...doctors, dentists, secretaries, attorneys, teachers...i myself worked recently as a teacher in brazil...i worked in several schools, taught privately & worked giving classes inside hsbc bank (many of the bankers, even some managers, had piercings and/or tattoos), & i have 14 facial piercings & a visible tattoo...when i came back to this pathetic country, it was difficult to find a job in the teaching sector because of my appearance...so, u must think carefully if u truly want the piercing...i myself do not regret any of my piercings or my tattoo & indeed plan to get more, it`s just something i enjoy & i refuse to let the prejudices of my country prevent me from expressing myself!!!
