My husband says my face is too fat, it's getting me down?

My husband keeps telling me my face is too chubby,
no matter how hard I diet, I can't seem to make
my face look smaller or thinner,
it's getting me down because he always draws attention to it,
I am not overweight but feel ugly.
how do I deal with this?

Your husband must be a man with high ego.
There's 2 way to overcome this. First is to scold him off and telling him that he should love you by who you are instead of your looks.

If you can't convince him, then the only way to go is to get those FAT dissapear from your body. You'll need to get some help from slimming centre if you can't reduce down the FAT on your own.

I am so sorry. That's awful of him to say those things to you..

The best way to deal with that, is to talk to him and find out what the real issue is, that is causing him to be so hurtful towards you. He is your husband, and he's supposed to love and cherish you.. not hurt your feelings like that.

I know it's hard.. but try not to let his words hurt you. He's just being a jerk. It's about him.. it has nothing to do with you.

Tell him that if he doesn't enjoy looking at your face, you can always find someone that will! Sometimes people say nasty things like that to their loved ones because they have no self esteem. If they don't feel good about themselves, they don't want you to feel confident either. Once he sees that you are not going to take his ridiculous criticism, he will back off the insults.

you don't need to do anything about it,by marrying you its clear though that he loved and cared so much about you and he does accepts you for whoever you are and whatever you will become... feeling low cant help you. Do you tell him how much it hurts you? If he knows, then he obviously is telling you this on purpose. I don't know why he would do that unless he's trying to pick a fight with you. Is he perfect? First of all, you are very pretty. You should try talking to him about this, and tell him that its bringing you down. You shouldnt have to be dealing with this. If he really loves you then he shouldnt be saying those things....Hope this helps....
