no matter what host I try I get host not found do you have to be connected to them first or what I know there live host I ping and nslookup then first anyways I can get past the problem

Displays NetBIOS over TCP/IP (NetBT) protocol statistics, NetBIOS name tables for both the local computer and remote computers, and the NetBIOS name cache. Use the command netstat -a and check whether you are connected the remote machine using NBT over TCP/IP. You will see the all connections using netstat -a then you have to identify the Remote PCs that are connected to your PC using NBT over TCP/IP. Only for the connected IP using NBT over TCP/IP are accessible by nbtstat, not others.

Well the server you are connecting too has to allow NetBios over TCP and if it is a live server on the internet it probably wont allow that! Its a security issue so most wont allow a netbios connection! Now if these are your business servers and you connect with a VPN that is a different issue.
