I presently have a poor video card - VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro IGP 16Mb Vram but i have AGP and Direct 3D, Direct Draw acceleration. I want a video card for 3d games like GTA and Total Overdose. It should improve performance but the cost should be less than 100$. (64mb vram card)

for under $100 you can get some really nice cards. I'd go for at least a 256MB card, If your AGP socket can handle 8x then you'll be in luck even though most AGP slots now can do 8x/4x. Ebay is a good place to get some cheaper cards even if they are used they're still good I've gotten a few like that and use them for backups cause you just never know. I run a PNY GeForce 5200FX AGP 256MB and it handles everything I throw at it. I'm not a huge online gamer so I don't worry about that to much. Brand new that card cost around $50 at best buy. If you're looking for something to handle GTA and TO that'd or something like it would work great.

Your demand is rather light in comparison what today's market have, a card that is on a par or better than ATI Radeon 9200 and NVidia FX5200 should do nicely, the video RAMs are all around 128 mb range in today's shelf.
