It has to do with a guy bumping into a girl on second avenue, then it goes into counting the either the (minutes or the days) that they are together and the different moments in their lives(marriage, kids, etc.) and then it ends "here's to me and here's to you # of (days or minutes) they're together, and it's their 50th wedding anniversary.
