Depending on how you are getting there-since there are just SO many ways to go, I would suggest a pair of ear plugs, a freshly filled SCUBA tank and a Virtual Reality game that covers your eyes. If you can't hear, or see, your trip might be shorter, and being able to breath is both a good way of not saying something you might regret and in case they try to plug your air ways. IF you're the travel agent- make sure your target is an easy mark and, do something for them they can never fully pay you back for, you'll have happy tripping for years.

Take a kid's teddy bear, a dog's bone, an old man's cane, our computers and all the money in your savings. Your trip will be enhanced by our complete inability to function without our stuff, then after all this swimming in guilt, you'll need to burn the money to stay warm.

Every Bad Behavior, Action, Deed and anything else that you did to others that made them UPSET, Disgusted, Angry, or feel put down or abused.

Take it all and reflect on the fact that most people do NOT deserve the ABUSE that is heaped upon them each and every day. Take that Harm to others and see what one can do to MAKE another's day better from this point onwards (besides ... try to figure out how to repair the damage that the past has wrought through one's actions too).
