USB electricity problem, have that issue before, a gracefully result is a friendly pop up a much graver outcome is a system crash.
After running a powered hub I don't lose wireless connection anymore. Try that as a resolution. Don't run all those printer ipod cam all at once, that include not plugging them all the time even not in use, see if you have the same message popping up.

Try these things on a different computer if possible, if it happens, you know it's the devices problems, if not, it's something wrong with your computer's USB port/s. If you can't get them to work on any other ports, invest in a USB expansion card.

Some of the iPod stuff uses too much ampage and your USB is limited to how much power it pumps out. You may need to consider using less USB devices at the same time

The usb port the you try to plug-in has a problem, more likely a faulty one, just plug your device to other usb port's in your pc.

Have you tried using another usb port? Sounds like the port you are using is faulty.
