Pig is all the rage for everything but kosher celebrations where it's deeply frowned upon. There's so much a cook can do to add flavor to pork. A quick waltz down the spice aisle in the grocery store will reveal countless accoutrement for swine.
And, as for frying fish? How does one add flavor to corn meal? I suppose one might spice up the tartar sauce with a bit of Tabasco.
