Here's my therapy: March straight to a Urologist. He's the most qualified Doc. specialist to sort through your problem.

I had 3 bladder infections in 4 months. The last infection necessitated a double run of Cipro which solved the infection.

I'd been urinating too many times daily with not much total volume. My PSA is 4.2 however, I have an enlarged prostate.

The nurse practitioner in the urologists office added Flomax to be taken after my last meal of the day. I'm finally able to sleep the entire night without the feeling of impending urgency of urinating. Now, urine volume has increased dramatically. No more urgency's!

I really wouldn't try any home remedies for this. Apparently you are experiencing some kind of bladder disfunction and it is causing you to have to urinate way too frequently. There is prescription medications out there which will help control this. I would certainly suggest that you see a doctor and get a thorough examination, and get your problem resolved before it become debilitating for you.

It may be due to enlarge prostate gland. if it is so. there is no worry. you have to manage. your problem. don't take more water during night. limiting fluid intake, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, and retraining the bladder can help control symptoms. if you want you can take homoeopathy medicine. frequent urination can be due to diabetics. pl check urine sugar. keep a urine holder can near your bed. if you feel it is uncomfortable for you to get up you can pass your urine in the plastic container( PESHAB DAN ) costing about rs. 30/-

You could have an infection if this has just started recently and have other symptoms like burning or pain, or based on your age, it could be related to your prostate, or even symptoms of diabetes.
Get it checked out by your doctor or practitioner just to be on the safe side.

Please do not hesitate to seek professional medical advice. I was only 52 when I experience the same situation and as there is no adverse physical effect, choose to go about my daily tasks as normal. 4 months later, I suffered a stroke (blood clot) condition and till today, still recovering slowly (very).

It could be an enlarged prostate, it can be caused by anxiety, you could be drinking too much caffine. Either way I would say the quick easy fix would be to get Flomax.
