Female vocal cover of You don't own me by Klaus Nomi?

Uhm, someone sent me a short clip from this song a while ago and it was labelled Cindy.wma . However, it was sung by a female(not Klaus Nomi) and I'd like to know who she was.

The original "You Don't Own Me" was made popular by Leslie Gore in the 60s. Klaus Nomi's is a cover version.
