Why do you think you feel that way?

For me, I find it hard difficult to answer, or that I always hesitantly answer to this question, 'what do you do for a living?' I am an honest person, but most of the time I have to think twice what answer should I give to this question.
I feel that we confidently ask question or bring about a question without any reservations when the answer is perfectly related to us, in other words, we try not to bring out a question that which is not so becoming to us, we cover it actually.
I agree with Lord Z, and Old dog. Obviously we would not ask a question relating to our weaknesses or failures, nor want to answer it if it is being asked of us. On the other hand, we will ask a question confidently, when we know we excel on that area.
I haven't gotten to the point for the last 4 years wherein my career has reached it's zenith, for unavoidable reasons. But I know i'll get there back again soon.

To Super Kitten
I agree with you.
But it is an unavoidable circumstances, 2 out of 3 that you cannot prevent others from asking you anyway, personal or not.

What personal question being asked of you is a question you are embarrassed to answer?

It tells a piece of me that says this is a weakness please exploit it.

I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with what you do for a living. I'd suggest you say, when asked, what it is as straight forward as you can. If it's the truth and it's honest work you do and you work hard and you try to do what the boss asks you, then you should be proud of yourself for the position you are in. I'd avoid flip answers. Sometimes I think people will pick up on your attitude and that's what they'll think of it. Stand tall. And keep asking questions!

When was the last time you had sex?
I find this type of questions totally embarrassing, still I was asked this the last year two times and I always felt that my head turned red. Why? I find this question just too private for anybody to ask me, and I in my whole life never liked this questions concerning my private life.

Is that white head on your face a zit?
That would be quite embarassing.
If you need to know why I would feel that way? Then you obviously have a perfectly aligned body with out a trace of food toxins to care about.

I'm sorry, I'm too embarassed to answer your question. Joking aside, some personal questions I would not want to be asked, and I think that stems from my caring, to some extent in some areas, what other people might think of me.

Most personal questions are embarrassing for the most part because they are personal right?

NO question asked makes me embarrassed because I am wise enough to not answer certain questions.
