Sometimes, when I try to move the mouse, something seems to restrain the mouse from going to that direction.

take the ball from under the mouse out, and clean it.

I'll bet it's got some "gunk" build-up around the ball inside of it. See if you can take the bottom of the mouse off- so you can look around. The "bars" that the ball rotates- might need to be wiped off good. Give it a try.

It happens when some hacks into your computer and is controlling it basically.

EDIT: What the person above said is not true, I have a lazer mouse, meaning no ball. And it still did that... till i finally started looking into and got the IP of the person hacking me and well did some "Street Justice" lol

take the ball out and clean it with some alcohol. then turn the mouse upside down and carefully clean the metal rollers (bars) that the ball rides on.

If you are using a "laser" mouse, make sure it is not on a black surface.

If you hear your computer growl often it may be some spyware or something running in background that's slowing down your computer.
