I had them for the first three months of each of my pregnancies. Sometimes the pain was so bad I had to stay in bed. No bleeding, no fever. Totally normal.

I think that it is normal. It is very important that you tell your doctor that you are having them though.
Pregnancy is a pretty uncomfortable thing. Make sure you walk a lot, in a safe place!!!! And make sure you drink lots of water. I'm sure you are eating right and taking a prenatal vitamin. Congratulations, and good luck.

Yes it's normal. I had them to and my docto told me it was a good sign to have mild cramping ,like your period. She told me it was probably the embryo attaching itself to the wall of the uterus.

Drink more water, take it easy and loosen up your pants. It's your belly growing and stretching. I found that more water and resting helped with those pains. (I worked on my feet with my first baby)
