I heard in the Mexico v Equador game that Chivas will have a yellow and blue uniform as their alternate. What do you think? Mistake?
I think they need to keep the traditional colors, yellow especially should never appear on this team because of what the color means with respect to their rivals.
Vergara stated that it was to emulate what he considered to be the best club in the world, Barcelona FC (also alternate uniform) but in my opinion yellow is the color of America; red and white the colors of Chivas, and I think it should stay that way.

I don't like the idea,a team with 100 years of tradition and wearing the same colors don't need to change for any reason,I don't care if its because some team in the world has the same alternate uniform as far as I'm concern my team is the best team in th world,right?, I personally don't like Jorge Vergara (owner) he only looks out for himself and not for the club or most important for the fans,he's only doing that new alternate uniform thing,because he knows that its going to sell a lot of jerseys around the world and that means a lot of money in his pocket,but if you're a real Club Deportivo Guadalajara fan you only know 3 colors red,blue and white.

I agree with you all that yellow is a whack color but...if its an alternate i would like some other color.....maybe black or white??? But in the case it would be yellow with blue ill let it slide since it is just an alternate and will rarely be used.....

I heard that 2, hopefully they wont change the colors, it'll suck, because all the people that already have CHIVAS shirts with the original colors are gonna have 2 change them. They should stick with Red, and White.........

chivas aint gonna change their colors
chivas has had the colors for a very long time and aint
gonna jsut go change their beautiflul colors
to americas wack colors

yeah, it's a bad idea. If he wanted to emulate Barcelona's uniform, he should have copied their home uniforms.

yeah i heard the same thing....vergara doesnt even know what he is saying sometimes....that will be somethign funny though.....maybe theyll wear it when they play america...ha ha ha....can you picture this...chivas drressed in yellow....nest thing you are going to hear that they are channging their logo...the a yellow globe with the americas in it.
