"You are nothing more than your typical intolerant lib."

You prove my point oh so perfectly, does it matter what political standing I have, when what matters to me is finding the TRUTH?

Proud to be- I was kidding in that last question. Goodness me, I did think it was rather obvious, but not for some I guess.

Chi guy- Thanks for the links, I checked them all out (knew about the last one before- virtually all the sources and empirical data on that site are provided by FEMA).

The first vid didn't really debunk anything for me.. :S I was kinda confused about that one.. The second.. Yes you're right about the fire, it engulfed the most of the building... As for the third:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WYdAJQV100&mode=related&search=

It was demolished, and clearly to set up a demolition of that size it would have taken a minimum of 3 days setup- It could definitely not have been done whilst the fire was raging.

I'm not trying to turn this into a contest or anything, but one of my biggest concerns about the WTC is that parts of the melted steel debris were analyzed (it was hard to get hold of- the government seized it all & locked it away), and there were traces of the compound thermate discovered within it (Ferric oxide, aluminium, sulphur and manganese) was found within the compound via mass-spectra analysis (sulphur & manganese should certainly have not been in the WTC), and thermate is a government patented, demolition-grade incendiary compound, which reacts 4 times more violently than thermite. It cuts through steel like a red hot knife through soft butter. I have not heard a vaild responce to this on any of the 'debunking' websites.

2007-03-28 19:32:22 · update #5

Oh and the thermate reaction also produces a plume of white smoke- as seen here:

AK- It's funny you should mention the Oklahoma city bombing, as for some reason EVERY SINGLE A.T.F. agent wasn't in their offices there that day.. Strange, huh? There were reports of there being at least 3 bombs inside the building (2 were deactivated by the bomb squad), but this possibly means that McVeigh had inside help to get in and out multiple times.. Can you explain that? Me neither! =P

Proud to be (again)- Yes, we agree there. Nobody should be hurt over differences of opinion.

None of the "debunking 911 conspiracy theories" sites or videos debunk anything.

There are STILL unexplained occurances.
There are STILL suspicious activities.
There are STILL missing pieces of information.

The conspriacy theory debunkers do not do a good enough job of debunking. If they could do so fully, conspiracy theorists would drop what they are trying to have answered. But they're not.

I myself will not be fully convinced unless the 9/11 investigation is reopened. Even if you do not believe in conspiracy, why would you be against proving them wrong??

Look, I'm going to tell you my honest opinion. I am a rational man and do not believe something until it has been scientifically AND resonably proven and has solid evidence to back it up.

About 9/11, the following is irrefutable:

Fact: Bin Laden is NOT wanted by the FBI for the 9/11 attacks. Check out the FBI website. Reason? They don't have sufficient evidence to convict him. Perhaps this is why Bush said he really doesn't care about him.

Fact: There are hundreds of televised claims from that day that witnesses heard or felt explosions prior to the collapse of the towers. These include firefighters, police, newsreporters, and civilians.

Fact: 47 story - WTC 7, we are told, collapsed from fire alone. This was unprecedented for a steel frame building. Furthermore, it fell symmetrically in free fall speed. Science and deductive reasoning will easily support the cause of this collapse as demolitions. Fire does not have the energy to do this. Besides, Larry Silverstein declared on TV that they “pulled” building 7. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0scE7bQWdk )

Fact: The steel from WTC was shipped overseas before an investigation was even opened. This is the greatest destruction of evidence in the history of forensics.

Fact: Thousands of first responders have been afflicted and some have even died from respiratory failure. The government will not support investigations into the many reports which show that these heroes have micronized steel, glass, and concrete in their lungs. Fire, and the collapse from gravity would not produce this type of dust. Demolitions, however, supports the evidence.

Fact: We were told that NORAD didn't intercept any of the planes that day. This spans from about 8:24, the time of the first report of a hijacking, to 10:06, when the last plane crashed in Penn. NORAD's has a prior track record of intercepting planes within minutes. Standard Operating Procedure was not followed that day. They also changed their story several times.

Fact: The investigation into 9/11 was initially opposed by the Bush Administration. The 9/11 families pressed for one. They got it, but with remarkable conditions. The total costs of the investigation, including the NIST report, was only $16 million. The cost to investigate the Space Shuttle crash - $50 million. The cost to investigate Clinton - $42 million. In other words, the greatest failure of our defenses deserved less money than the shuttle and Clinton's perjury. What an insult to the 9/11 families.

Fact: No one has been fired for 9/11.

Fact: The spike in put options on Boeing, United Airlines, and American Airlines were never investigated. Millions are still unclaimed. This indicates someone knew. Why not check out this lead?

Fact: The August 6, 2001 Public Daily Briefing Memo was titled BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO STRIKE IN THE US. Yet prior to its declassification, we were told by Rice and Fleisher that there were no warnings. Had this news been made public, couldn't travelers, law enforcement, and the airline workers have been a little more guarded or informed to notice something that day? Wouldn't we have guessed right away that the first report of a hijacking was indeed a terrorist? Or would we have dismissed it as "one bad pilot" and continued to read "My Pet Goat" while America was attacked?

The bottom line - If the deaths of 3000 people occurred under the control of a corporation, people would have been brought up on charges of criminal negligence. Despite the growing movement and mounting evidence into the WTC collapses, the government still has made up its mind that it is fire that brought these buildings down and that 9/11 was simply a failure of imagination. They feel no one is to blame. This was the conclusion they had prior to the investigation. What the 9/11 Commission produced is the anti-thesis of the scientific method. Much of the evidence was outright omitted by them since they determined the conclusion prematurely.

If you were an underwriter at an insurance company, or an architectural engineer, or a fire marshal, wouldn't you want to know what really happened in these buildings? If you were a pilot, or and FAA employee, wouldn't you want to know which NORAD employee stood down or messed up that day?

To dismiss the overwhelming evidence that explicitly shows how hundreds of questions remain unanswered suggests a cover-up by our government. Conservative thinking has taught us to keep government in check 100% of the time.

More and more people are joining the 9/11 truth movement. We are unstoppable. To deny the smidgeon of facts presented here and the many others unmentioned is akin to being like those who have denied the Holocaust. It's intellectually dishonest.

Go ahead and give this thumbs down if your patriotism is of the cheapest kind. Yours is the kind that our forefathers would have laughed at. They demanded that we question authority, as they did. Our Constitution provides us with the means to explore the truth and to keep the government in check. But even the Constitution has been threatened as of late.

So, give it a thumbs down if you wish to cling to your cheap patriotism and your unconditional loyalty to a president and a government that has demonstrated nothing but contempt for accountability, truth, Constitution, and most importantly - the 9/11 families and surviving rescue workers who continue to suffer.

Peace. And pray for the truth.

No I do not slam you for trying to find the truth, I just ask you to use logic and critical thinking and explore and read all sources of information and not to ignore what doesn't fit your preconceived ideas. Everything I have read or seen about a conspiracy can be scientifically proven incorrect.

From what I have experienced the "truthers" out there do not present a very good case and are very rude and immature about it as well. They label speculation and theory as fact and then called you "brainwashed 'sheeple' " when you point out their flaws or, God forbid, disagree with them. I don't slam them for WHAT they (while I do strongly disagree with it, and sometimes find it offensive), I slam them for HOW they say it. In the "questions" I have read regarding this subject they present their case with, "This is what really happened and if you don't believe me, then your a stupid neoCON." If they were more mature about their theories I would take them more seriously and give them a more dignified response in return.

and aren't you the same OLD HAG NEO-CON that said that all liberals should be sent to concentration camps.

what are you really trying to prove?

Edit: I actually realized after I said this, that the other question was a rhetoric question.

To answer your question, you should do what you really feel is the truth. But make sure that you dont hurt anyone on the process.
