What is a good cell phone/organizer for owner of a small but growing business?

When you are starting up a business
YOU would have thought off your
1)logistic management - conventional method VS Tech edge.
2)Communications - conventional method VS Tech edge.
3)Finances - conventional method VS Tech edge.
4)Marketing edge - groups of consumer(eg. life style).

Try a laptop to manage all this.
