I saw the first three volumes of Night Shift Nurses (interesting stuff, i must say) and in the third, the police were interrogating Ren (and the other nurses) on why Ren killed the Doctor. She stated that she didnt like what he was doing at first but then grew to love him.

The police did not get an answer as to why she did it by the end of the third volume. There is a fourth and final volume titled Night Shift Nurses: Carnal Corruption.

I was hoping that there is someone who can tell me the explination as to why Ren killed the Doctor if she indeed truly loved him?

...if the fourth is as hard to digest as the first three (or even worse) i didnt want to rent/buy it just to find out.

Night Shift Nurses Deleted Scenes

the fourth dvd goes on to tell more on the other nurses and Investigation to find out who else got mexed up in it with Ren still under interrogation. the other nurses get brought in for questioning. from the looks of the ending there still may be more because it does not look like its finished yet as Ren has other problems (don't wnat to say and spoil story if you want to watch it). I have not seen the 3rd dvd and yes it is just as bad to digest even as fashbacks. as far as I know there is 5 dvd out the fifth called Night Shift Nurses: Kranke about Hikaru so 10 episodes in all 5 dvds.

She probably decided to kill him after she talked with the Doctor's 'old girlfriend', who explained about her past and her child. THAT guy is INSANE, even Hojo from Final Fantasy VII isn't that insane to Sephiroth, which would explained the lack of Lucretia hunting Hojo to get revenge.

Anyway, Ren isn't exactly grew to love him, she grew to 'love' him, physically, she's a sex addict. Plus, it's more like a helpless person adapting to the situation.

Besides, the Doctor separate Ren and the guy she loves by humiliating her, so she got a LOT motive even for that. She was stolen and humiliated.
