The sad truth is that they (the Zimbabweans) will continue to kill each other untill one side or the other gains the upper hand. When that happens it's not going to be pretty, it's going to be a massacre. The United Nations is really just doing the same half-*** job they always do. They never send enough troops and/or equipment to get the mission done. When it's all said and done. They(the UN) will find some way to say it's our (the US) fault it happened. I have always said how do you rule a people? Keep them stupid. All the money that is being thrown at the problem. The ultra poor don't see any of it. The war lords just keep lining their pockets with it. If the regional governments are worried about their security. Then they need to stop waiting on/or relying on the UN to do anything. They should all get together and do what ever is necessary to stop the slaughter that's going on there day after day.

Mugabe needs to be gone, and the rest of Africa needs to put pressure on him and his cronies to step down. The siutation is a threat to the region as the flood of refugees continues out of Zimbabwe.

Countries must learn how deal with their internal problems. Less international interference will provide at long term, stability. There is no way to create artificial stability (look to few central countries and middleeast).

Regional secutiry will not be a problem, onde Zimbabwe are close to the strong and quick development countries, different than Cameroon, Ethiopia or Nigeria.

Believe it or not, I see Zimbabwe as having the same problem as Czechoslovakia; Serbocroatia and the Soviet Union had - the solution is seperation into one nation for each ethnicity (but with both also welcoming all others as non-voting citizens with full work permits).
