I see all the rest tell you how they like it but not how to do it.
Take some Ice Cream and make a ball, Freeze it solid, Then roll it in crumbled frosted flakes, Re-freeze then put into hot oil for about 2 Minn. Just enough to crisp outside but not melt inside (just thaw a little) Cover with you're favorite topping and enjoy...
