why do most of the foriegn univ's do not accept Bach Physiotherapy from indian institutions ?

they actually ask us to join in to second or third year of bachelors again ... especially in USA.

It's not only the Bach Physio that universities outside of India don't accept....it is a given that they don't accept ANY degree from universities/colleges/whatever in India. There is nothing you can do about it....if you wish to have a Canadian/USA/AUS/wherever degree you WILL need to join in the first/second year...depending upon the country and the course involved.
