I want to buy an unlocked sony ericsson cybershot k790a phone. If I take my rogers sim card out of my present phone and put it into my new cell phone, will i still be able to use my new cell phone without any complications? (I am not buying the phone from Rogers, though they do carry the K790a)

Yes you can put any SIM card into any phone, turn it on, and use the phone like you would normally. But the phone can't be locked, of course.

ummmm, last reply from katy is wrong. yes u can use your old sim card in your new phone as long as the phone is not locked. if you can't, then my new razr is possessed or something...lol, cause i took my sim card from my old phone and placed it in my razr, and it works just fine. make sure to let your provider know of the phone change so it doesnt cause any problems in the future. hope this was helpful :)
