It makes you kind of vague... what year were you born? What day? The info you have posted is so vague there is little I can do with it. You don't even list the degrees of each sign... telling me second decante means your rising sign is anywhere from 10 to 20 degrees Libra.

General statement: Your Virgo Sun makes you practical and methodical, and the Aquarian Moon keeps your emotions kind of light. Libra Rising makes you pretty sociable and probably makes you seem friendly and approachable, though that Virgo Sun is probably privately judging everyone you meet. Venus in Leo means you relate to people by talking about yourself. If the Jupiter conjuncts the Venus, it adds more emphasis to that, but who knows? There are no degrees to tell me if they are conjunct. The Mars in Gemini implies someone who may be a bit scattered when they take action, but perhaps the Virgo Sun helps keep you focused. The Mars in Gemini also implies a career involving communication and words, but without Saturn or Mercury, there is little I can add to this...

Why did you make such an odd selection of limited info to post? What are you trying to hide?

UPDATE:
Well for starters, you're first decante Libra Rising, at 6º
So, additional comments based on this info...
You have probably had an unusual childhood and have an odd home/home life... with Uranus, Neptune & Saturn all around your nadir and influencing the fourth house, it suggests a kind of crazy yet structured and yet uncertain base at the core of who you are. All three of these planets are in Capricorn, so it may be a low key kind of crazy, structured uncertainty, and since they form a good connection with your Virgo Sun, all this may ultimately serve to your benefit, though it may be a difficult start for a life. It could also suggest a disruptive and difficult relationship with your Mother, if your Mother was even around. She will be a strong influence one way or the other.

Mercury is Virgo, too, implying a methodical mind, and since it is harmonious with Saturn, the planet of structure & focus, you can probably be a very focused and concentrated and entirely too practical thinker, but since Neptune is loosely conjunct Saturn there is room for an imagination...

Mars squares the Sun, suggesting that you can be a bit combative, but that Virgo Sun might keep it in check at first. Venus also squares your Mars, and it squares Pluto too, so you may prefer dominating your friends and lovers instaed of relating to them one-to-one as equals. SInce Mars also trines the Moon, it suggests that when you want to, you can express your emotions directly, but you may hesitate to do so with the two planets in Virgo.

So it seems like you are a Virgo, but there is enough oddly offbeat stuff going on to keep you from being too stiff and traditionally Virgo-esque...

This has been a loose free-associating kind of look at your chart... a true reading by a professional astrologer would be better assembled and more focused and clear... there is much more info available in your chart, but this is just a quick peek...

um, willing to believe that massive, luminous balls of plasma light years away have some kind effect on your personal life and destiny? To me, that is either gullible or stupid or both.
