Give her real food.
At 10 months old, she is more than able to feed herself table food. Shes just telling you that the jarred stuff isnt good enough.

oh yeah... we went through the same thing with our little guy.. your daughter is fed up with her boring old jarred mush. go and buy all the veggies that you want her to be eating, and steam them and once they cool off give them to her in larger tender finger feeding portions..we have had so much fun with our son, if he turns his nose up at , say, steamed asparagus.. a bit of olive oil and some dried organic herbs.. and voila! a flavourful meal that he loves. Another one we do is super thin sliced cucumber in the tiniest bit of apple cider vinegar ( just enough to give it a bit of zing) If you are tempted to salt the veggies, go to the health food store and pick up some nutritional yeast which is pack full of goodness and flavour, or an organic, salt-free seasoning instead. There are loads of ways to keep the little mouths happy. I must say, if you are not already, the most important thing you can do is.. buy organic, buy local, and balance those meals. I look forward to oatmeal, fresh juice, omelettes, homemade soups..etc.. and only since having my son.Remember..one day she may not like something, that doesnt mean it wont be her favorite in three weeks. So, if there are a couple things that you really want to have as part of her diet, and she doesnt want them, try try again.

She is 10 months old, she is old enough to eat small pieces of the food you prepare for your family. Many baby's don't like the taste of jarred food, my second child was like that and I had to prepare my own food for her. Don't force her if she doesn't like it. If she still cannot handle chopped up food, then puree your own. But she should be ready for small pieces of cooked veges, pasta, fine pieces of lean meat and cheeses, egg, yogurt, fruit. Use your best judgment, but it is not necessary for her to eat the jarred foods. Stick with one new food a day until she develops a taste for the new foods, if you are throwing all this new food at her, she will become overwealmed and reject it. You don't need to worry about a lack of nutrients as long as you are still giving her formula or breastmilk, which she should drink until at least one year and has all the nutrients that she needs for growth until then.

Pull up a chair and sit and play with her....the old here comes the airplane...or choo(chew) choo(chew) here comes the train...canned green beans and those spaghttiO's are usually a big hit...this will get her going again especially if you don't put any puffs in front of her for awhile and cut back on the bottles...it may be a little tough but you can do it!!!
Always pray and ask Jesus for favor B4 you begin...God Bless You and Your precious baby girl...

at 10 months she probably has outgrown the need for jarred baby food. Why not offer her table food that is child friendly? Talk to your pediatrician she may need to go off formula also.
