What degree is it if i want to have a company that produces houses?

would it be a degree in Real Estate? If so could i get that degree online?

To build homes you would want a State Contractors license. To sell homes or land you need a Real Estate license.

"Have" a company that produces houses? Real estate is a license, and yes, you can get your license online to some degree, but you will have to go take tests to receieve it and find somewhere to hang your license. A company that builds homes would be a contractor/builder, degree and license needed.
