Sure you can. All you need is a keyboard, video, mouse switch. Also called a KVM switch. Simply put, it is a multiple switch which has sepatate switches for each device, keyboard, video and mouse. So, your keyboard, mouse and video cable connect to the switch, and then separate cables go to each computer and you select the group connection to whichever computer you wish to use. Easy, but the number of cables from the switch box can get to be cumbersome since there are 3 for each computer. This is often used in a network hub situation where there are many servers and limited room, so many servers can be managed from a central point with a single keyboard, monitor and mouse.

try an a/b switching device which allows two coputers to connect to the same monitor, but only one at a time. another method may exist, but that's all i can suggest.
