I know our computer is a little bit outdated. According to the sims 2 manual, an outdated video something will lead to a crappy game. How do I update our video something (sorry I forgot on what do people call it) ?

You need to update your video card and you can buy them at Best Buy, Walmart or anywhere they sell computer parts.

Now I have an old computer that has an intel graphics that Maxis said is not supported and my game runs fine after I added some more RAM (Memory) My game loads quicker and my game does not lag anymore. I do however not have fish in my aquariums and ponds but I can feed and catch them. I have all the expansions and all my settings are on high.

So maybe you can purchase more RAM.

A video card? You can buy those at any major electronic's store. Be sure to write down what kind of computer your using and it's model number incase they ask when your shopping for a video card.

Also, be sure your running at the minimum GHZ speed and you have enough RAM. You can check that on your computer and compare what the computer says and the manual.
