Whastheheck and Helmut are right. Oxygen is non-renewable. It gets 'recycled',for example by plants that take in CO2 and give off oxygen, but the element oxygen is not renewable. It's formed by fusion reactions in the older stars that have used up their hydrogen (and the helium that formed from the fused hydrogen) and condensed until the heavier elements ingite and begin to fuse creating oxygen and even heavier elements.
However, that said, something tells me your teacher is probably looking for gasoline as the answer. The oil that gasoline is refined from is usually considered to be a non-renewable resource because it regenerates so slowly that it won't renew in our lifetimes.
Actually it's a lousy question with 2 correct answers as you can see but my gut feeling is you should go with gasoline as your answer.

Oxygen.
Bread is from wheat. Renews each season
Gasoline is the gradual leaching of liquefied decaying organic matter. This too renews constantly. Though gasoline may one day run out it will eventually replenish itself given a few billion years.
And trees grow everywhere
The argument will be made that gasoline is non renewable. Its actually a petroleum product refined from oil. This planet had no oil until the first waves of growth and decay began supplying reservoirs underground with the organic compounds.
Oxygen though is a element that is pretty much static in presence. You can release oxygen from certain materials with chemical or thermal means but that released Oxygen was not created. We have a supply of O2 that may transform to other state of existence, but our net supply wont change. It is non renewable. But the good thing is that even though it is non renewable, our supply is very plentiful. And the supply is highly recyclable
Unless a big fat oxygen loaded comet hits us.

Bread is made form cereal grain seeds, which cannot be replaced. Pioneers were known to have starved because they did not save enough seed for replanting.
Gasoline is made from petroleum, which takes a very long time to renew.
The elements that fuse to make oxygen are lost forever.
It takes anywhere from 10 years to a century to replace a tree which has been cut for lumber.
